Father Ray Center for Children with Special Needs

It was not too long ago that the sounds of screaming coming from the swimming pool meant it was Thursday morning and the youngsters from the Center for Children with Special Needs were having their weekly swimming class.

The children and teenagers were scared of getting into the water, and they certainly made sure that everyone knew they were not enjoying themselves.

But in just a few short months, the screams have turned into laughter as their confidence has grown and they realize that getting into a swimming pool is not as bad as they thought it would be.

The only problem the teachers now have is getting everyone out of the water.
