Pattaya School for the Blind

From a young age the students learn how to use a white cane, and all students must learn the correct way to use one.

Round and round the school they go, up and down the stairs until the teacher feels the students are competent enough to walk on their own.

Only then will they be allowed to leave the school to visit the local shops. These young students have a long way to go before they are allowed out on their own, but that day will come soon enough.
