Father Ray Foundation

It is 12 years since the founder of the Father Ray Foundation, Father Ray Brennan, passed away.

Each year we remember him and celebrate his life and works.

It was an early start when 9 monks from a  local Buddhist temple arrived to receive alms from the children and students, and in return they received a blessing.

At 4 o’clock in the afternoon St. Nikolaus was the location for the annual memorial mass which was lead by Father Peter, and attended by several hundred former and current children and students as well as many friends and supporters.

As usual the mass was followed by by a parade when everyone laid a red rose on Father Ray’s final resting place.
