Redemptorist Vocational School for People with Disabilities

A nervous looking group of young men and women were welcomed into their new school this morning.

Their fellow students clapped their hands as they passed, trying to make them feel comfortable, but the first day at a new school can be daunting for anyone.

They received their new uniforms, repeated the students’ pledge and white string was tied around their wrists as a sign to wish them good luck.

Now they have two years to study hard, build up their confidence and self esteem and in two years time they will be ready to go out into the world and earn their own rice.
